About the client:

• mid-size healthcare company in the US with significant revenue,
• been around for 10+ years,
• they have the right moats:
  • solid technical team,
  • millions of datapoints collected,
  • trusted brand,
  • long contracts with hospitals,
  • compliance/safety moat,
• winner CEO who took over the company 3 years ago.

They are looking for an entrepreneurial AI engineering lead in the US who:

• understands when to move quickly and when to move slow (due to compliance challenges in healthcare),
• is great at 0->1 but also understands the challenges of scaling up an engineering team,
• can attract, hire and manage other A players,
• is familiar with the following tech stack: TTS -> LLM -> STT pipeline, models and APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs etc.
• has solid AWS cloud experience,
• is familiar with data privacy laws and security best practices.
